...are trying to implement free roam, loot for beating NPCs, custom gear, nameable characters, and a good player vs player system that allows you to use things that you find in campaign. What most of us overlook is that one game had most if not all of those things in its very first title, over a decade ago. That game is Pokemon. Pokemon had all these features long before shooters began implementing them, long before most of today's popular shooter series were even created. In conclusion, shame on all these people who can't implement all these things into their shooters. +1 point for Nintendo and Gamefreak.
