How many programming languages have you learnt?
T4R.
I'm handy with Python and C, and will try to absorb some C# or C++ in the near future if I can tear myself away from Bioshock replays, given that those are popular low-level options for game production.

Many. Java. HTML CSS Flash Max MSP (If this even counts, and it's a horrid program).

1 ReplyLearn C-style C++ and C# or Java... the most common enterprise-level languages. Python will serve you if only just to teacfh you how to think. Or if you want to go web development... I know I often feel like I need to go read a tech blog just to figure out what the latest language or toolset is that I should be learning, so good luck on that.

I know for sure C++, C#, SQL, PHP, Visual Basic(lol) and ActionScript(lol) along with BASH scrpting(does this even count?). However most languages are all very similar so I can understand stuff like Python and Java when I see it.

I know QBASIC (lol), Java, C++ (though not as much in terms of its memory management since I never had to deal with it), Python (although it's been a while), and am learning C# and objective C right now.

2 RepliesOP you might as well just say "how many of you know a programming language?" Since if you know one you pretty much know them all at least on a basic level.
