Droid RAZR MAXX or iPhone 4s?

I'm not adding a poll because this is a personal question, and I want answers to why I should get one over the other. I'm thinking about buying the Droid RAZR MAXX, but I'm also leaning close to the iPhone 4s. I really enjoy the capabilities of both. It's just I don't own either, or never used one. So I wouldn't know the problems with each. Basically, if anyone has any clue of the Pros and Cons on both of these devices. Please say so below.

I used to have an iPhone 4, but I got a RAZR MAXX right after it came out in January and I've never looked back. I love my MAXX. The battery life is awesome, I have friends with iPhones and when they're going dead, I'm still going strong. Ice Cream Sandwich is a great OS. I love the bigger screen and better specs. There is no aspect of my iPhone that I miss.
Elaborate everything. I'm leaning closer to this, and I want to know about A LOT of it. Pros/cons. Everything you like about it. Everything you hate about.
I LOVE the big screen. I'll get on friend's iPhones and the screens feel so tiny. I love being able to customize absolutely EVERYTHING. From my keyboard, launcher, lock screen, SMS app, widgets, I like making my phone mine. I do believe it is a little bit faster than the iPhone, but not much. Also the 4G LTE is really nice, especially now that it's in my town. The people at Verizon told me that even with 3G the RAZR has a better antenna than the iPhone. The camera is also superior to the iPhones, and having 1080p HD video is great for recording videos. The mini HDMI port is a plus also, but I haven't even used it yet. The only problem I do have sometimes is freezing. I never had my iPhone freeze, but it's happened a couple of times with my Droid. The software can be buggy at times, and isn't quite as seamless as iOS. I very rarely have these issues, though. You can simply reset by holding down the power and volume down buttons. The positives far outweigh the negatives. I can answer any specific questions if you have any, since I've owned both phones.
Thank you for this :) Umm, I have a few more questions about this. From both devices, if your ever used it, how is the GPS? I heard that they both have GPS, and I would like to know which one is the best. And with my job, I'm going to be doing a lot of traveling (hence the GPS part), and I would like to see my girlfriend and family a lot. How is Skype on the MAXX and how is it on the iPhone? How is the video quality? Like I said, I'm leaning more towards the MAXX, so if you could specify more on that phone, that would be great. But I still would like a comparison with the two. Thanks :)
