I try to live my life as a more or less peaceful person.
Like the Dude if he were louder and slightly more obnoxious.
So, I haven't been in all that many fights.
Or any violent situations that can be called "fights"
From what limited experience I have, and I say limited, is that punching hurts and generally most don't do it.
In the heat of the moment you may think you look like you're kicking butt, but fighting usually looks silly and uncoordinated from 3rd person viewing.
Coming from past experiences people particularly seem to love going for head locks.
To which I can easily escape...
Why am I writing such a thread to risk ruining my laid back mood?
Well today at my school there was an incident that some could describe as a fight.
Not allot of fights ever happen at my school and this happened in front of two teachers and around about 300 students inside on a rainy day.
Something about somebody throwing batteries at some kid with anger issues.
So have any of you guys ever been in a fight?
Know someone who has or viewed one/broke one up yourself?
Share any share any relevant and interesting stories you have as long as they're relevant.

Been doing karate for 5 years now... I try to avoid fights, but I've been in 2 little scraps, once was in Glasgow at about 11pm, 2 guys jumped me, and it was a simple 1 hit KO on the first guy, then the second guy pulled a knife, and I ran like -blam!-, got on the train to EK and lost him... It was the scariest moment of my life. The second fight was a school fight, needless to say I won. I try my hardest to avoid fights, I hate fighting. However, people seem to pick on the quiet ones, even though it's clear that they do something just by looking at their posture...
