[/quote] I would rather have people who have radical political and social views who haven't committed any crimes have the right to have a gun than having a Big Brother state which decides that having a opinion which isn't supported by the state is a criminal offense. I don't care if the -blam!- or Black Panther member has a firearm, unless he isn't plotting some scheme to kill people or harming others I think it's ok. The biggest problem with your ideology is that it can get carried away, one day people who belong to a radical political views or belongs to a radical and extremist political or religious group might have some rights and privileges taken away, next day anyone which doesn't follow the government is treated the same.
