If I sell my computer, can I keep the hard drive?
I need to sell my computer for some quick cash, and if I do, could I keep my hard drive? Also, what company could I sell it too?

Oh OP.... Here's the thing. Unless you've gotten this computer within the last year or so, you're not going to get over $600 for it. If you want to take the HDD out, you're going to get even less. I, as others have already, suggest that you acquire an external HDD and transfer what you need on to that. Once you've done that you can then reformat the HDD and sell the computer as a whole. Companies like Micro Center [i]might[/i] buy it off you, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
