Playing should be evolutionary where tactics and strategies are discovered over time. I liked SWAT because a dedicated team could set up mutually supporting fields of fire, blow a few heads off then move to positions that covered ingress to those old positions, then kill the idiots again as they were coming in to kill us where we were a few minutes ago.
