wow, that was great. I laughed my ass off about all the "raid" jokes. Replace "raid" with "remedy", and that's my life in a nutshell. (well, at least at work). Honestly , keep up all the comments on your guys day to day work, it's really interesting. I'd tell ya about this sweet as threading bug I'm tracking down at work, well, it's actually a memory bug, within a thread, but I don't want to bore ya all.
