Shacknews posted that the auto aim will be the same from the Xbox version [i]if you choose to use a 360 controller[/i], which is some good news...
From what I can tell in the videos, H2V looks sharper, and the MC's look alot better... Although, when they die, they look a bit weird :S

It's really quite easy to tell which videos they're using xbox controllers and which theyre using keyboard and mouse...just pay attention when he's standing over a gun on the ground. Unless of course the Xbox controller somehow has an E button on it...or the X on the keyboard is round and blue. Both of which I doubt. :P And those guys suck SO bad. Awesome vids though, cant wait for some sort of news from the big guys about it. (particularly a release date)
