Should sex education be mandatory?
Title, and should it include education of contraception?
I say yes to both things. Having sex safely is a basic part of human health, and so should be taught.

Of course not. Children should be spreading STDs like wildfire and having 5+ children like in colonial Murica. In fact, children should not use condoms, birth control or abortions. Everyone knows teenagers don't have libitos, are too stupid to experience sex properly and will wait until they're married. Also, every family should have kids. AMIRITE?!?!?!
