Cool update, can't wait for the new maps. I never have heard of EXP boosting though.

oh... about Recon helmet, you guys meant Security helmet that looked Recon helmet? I have it because I had to complete all of achivments so you will unlock all of armors already and katrana... trust me

What I don't understand is that it's telling me that my next promotion is skill level 10 [u]or[/u] 150 exp. I have a skill level of 23 or 24 I haven't been on today so I don't know if I dropped my last game. But is that saying that I need to get 10 more skill level higher or 150 exp or that I have to be a skill ten to get a promotion. Because if just by me being a skill level ten I get a promotion, shouldn't I get it already?

Thanks again Bungie for making HALO 3 the best HALO game ever ! I sincerely mean that, me & my friends have enjoyed this game like no other this year. I am saddened by the fact that you have chosen not to share the Recon helmet with us (I could care less about the flames) - coolest helmet in the game next to Cheif's by a long shot. I hope that you guys will be kind enough to make us a cool new helmet via achievements in DLC, I love the armor perms, but most of the helmets are alittle underwhelming. However, IMHO, the campaign, MP, theater, & forge aspects of the game are outstanding & blew my expectations for this game out of the water. Again, loyal fans thank you Bungie for delivering such an outstanding game.... THANK YOU BUNGIE - YOU GUYS RULE !!!

Pretty disappointing that we can't have Recon, as its one of the few that I liked, and it was my personal favorite. Personally I think flaming heads should be enough for Bungie employees, but hey nothing to be done, so its no big deal. they're not giving us the helmet give it up.... if they want to have something to stand out in MP then let them have it, they made the game they should be able to reward themselves for doing something as awesome as halo 3...

Why couldn't you guys have gotten the Hayabusa head, instead of the far cooler looking Recon helmet? I don't care about the flame things, but the Recon head is so much better looking than all the others... I think I wore the "Gundam Head" exactly once.

Damn, I love the Recon armor. Oh well. Hopefully Bungie will make some armor perms. as downloadable content, that'd be sweet. Can't wait to see the new maps either.

It says he "boosted his exp" but I don't know how... If he did something, I don't want to do the same thing... I play with my friends mostly because I have the most fun, and I don't like about 60% of the Halo 3 community. I play custom games with them also, but I don't know what "Mr. Arenas" did to boost his exp... I can't play very much, and during those short spans of playing I don't want to be banned because of something I didn't know I was doing wrong

The leveling up 'mechanism' is completely ludicrous. Me and my buddies won 26 slayer games in a row all against level 40's yesterday and I went up by 5 levels, 3 of those came within 3 games so you can see how long it took for the other 2 levels, I don't understand what possible system your servers use to calculate, going positive anywhere between 5 and 15 every game bar one, getting lots of assists and medals (I was designated team Sniper =) ) and beating teams on higher ranks with higher military ranks doesn't level you up then I dont know what does. Haha, I wonder if the guy who said that is reading this right now. I've yet to get an employee of Bungie on my own team. ...hopefully it's not in a shorty snipers match, though. Flamming bullseye = not too helpful.
