We Met On Halo 2
Hi there. I wasn't sure where exactly to put this post, so I figured I'd start here and would be told where to go (pun intended) if I weren't in the right place :)
I wanted to announce the engagement of myself (FemmeFatale666) and my fiance' (LordNewt), wedding to take place some time in the Fall of this year. He and I met here on Halo 2 while playing XBox Live. I was playing a team matchmaking game and a clanmate of his was on the opposite team. My team had won, but I was offering consoling words to the opposition and this teammate was endeared by my graceful attitude and promptly sent me an invitation to join their clan, Durandals Guard. I accepted the invitation, and it was during arranged games with the clan that I had met my future husband, LordNewt. I wanted to share our news with the Bungie community and to express my gratitude for making a great game. If it weren't for you, Bungie, it is highly unlikely that I would have met the man of my dreams as Halo and Halo2 are the only games that I play. Thank you again :)

There is nothing false about my story and my fiance flew here twice to visit me (as I had stated in a previous post). I really don't know why I even bothered to answer your post, but I just suppose I felt the need to set things straight. I don't want "swag", whatever that is. I don't want ANYTHING at all from Bungie. I wanted to GIVE them something. I wanted to give them a load of gratitude for making a game that has allowed two people to become very happy. You sir, are proof that it takes all kinds to make up this world, and I am very glad that I don't come into contact with people such as yourself on a regular basis. Maybe you should just accept the fact that there are people out there that actually do meet, fall in love, get married and have a good life together. I see you didn't make any remarks on the other things that looked a little strange. If your a grown woman with 3 teenagers, you should be making supper right now not sitting on Bungie forums talking about how great your fiance you met on Xbox Live is.
