Help me crack this code. It's supposed to be really simple, but I can't figure it out.

So, I guess it means that Vault 816 has something in it. GG probably means [b]G[/b]rin[b]g[/b]ots, and the secret order member thing is like the Order of the Pheonix. Sorry for waiting so long on explaining my answer, but I had school.
