Toddler Gets into Medical Marijuana cookies. Is stoned for days

Article Should the grandmother be charged with child endangerment? Haha nope. The child was never in danger. You cannot overdose on marijuana. This story only gets bad rep because of the bad rep that marijuana has. Surely if the kid got into chew able vitamins because they tasted good nobody would be charged, it would just be an accident. But because medical marijuana is involved this is automatically "endangerment" even though the cookies were tucked away in the garage fridge.

If you can't see a problem with that, then you are an idiot.
Would it have been different if he got into a bottle of tasty chew-able vitamins and had to go to the hospital? Remember he found and ate some cookies. Kids like tasty things. cookies are tasty.
Why did the child think it OK to just take without asking? Do you know what happened when I was a toddler and I took with out asking? I got whooped. If my Grandma had a stash, I certainly would not have ate it. IO feared the belt more than I wanted the sweets. Hence, I say: BEAT THE CHILDREN!!!!
>3 year old >able to comprehend the implications of eating something he isn't supposed to PICK ONE.
