Should the grandmother be charged with child endangerment?
Haha nope. The child was never in danger. You cannot overdose on marijuana. This story only gets bad rep because of the bad rep that marijuana has. Surely if the kid got into chew able vitamins because they tasted good nobody would be charged, it would just be an accident. But because medical marijuana is involved this is automatically "endangerment" even though the cookies were tucked away in the garage fridge.
Posted by: funkbrotha10
Flawed logic is flawed. Pot has way more toxins and far more devastating and brain-killing chemicals than any cigar/cigarette. The next above would be any type of crack/cocaine. Dental care is to ease the pain at the cost of having your child thrown out of it for his operation(s). Pot only does one thing near that level: calms you down whilst killing you.
