Just because the simplest explanation is that he left it there (after he had just paid for it, and couldn't return it), doesn't mean that it's the correct answer. But the odd thing is that This plane crashes exactly on the border, which splits the plane directly in half. So the question is, where do you bury the dead? Canada or the US?
