If you are talking about the Infinity MAC's, you have to remenber this, those were the newest generation of MAC's (there were two shots fired) augmented with covenant and foreruner tecnology in a normal (not an warship) ship. if you are talking about the prometheans then so do the sentinels, the reason is because the prometheans were made to fight the flood, not another organized military, also gameplay.
