I didn't pay him, he annoyed me. I did it by changing the Ebon Hawk's ID into one of the Hutt's (can't remember his name) cargo ships ID. Then you fly the Ebon Hawk and Goto's ship captures you (because he thinks its one of the Hutt's ships). You get the info when T3-something-or-other goes into the Hutt's droid warehouse and goes into the one room all the way near the end of the warehouse. I know, that isn't that descriptive, but I have only played it once so-far (I think I am close to beating it).
