Yes, the front belly of the ship looks very similar to the shaping of the front belly of the Pillar of Autumn, see [link name=here]http://www.bungie.net/images/games/halo/wallpapers/pillar_1280.jpg[/link]. There was some description of the new brute weapon in the OXM write-up, the biggest thing I remember is the use of the blade on the back of the weapon for melee attacks. Sure hope we get to use it too.
