The worst game glitch I ever came across was in the game called The Thing, the sequel to the movie. I threw a grenade clear across the room and when I ran from it, it blew me up. There were some more. The people walk through doors, they peple die for no reason, and the last level when you're far away from the vent core, it still burns you.
