I also do not have small japanese hands, and when I purchased my Xbox loved that fact that for the fist time in my life a company made a controller that fit my hands right outta the box. The Xbox was targeted to a more mature audience at first, but due to the huge popularity with the youngins, they were forced to make a smaller controller the "s" to compete with the aftermarket ones. I think the "s" is great for kids, but men use the Duke.
