I noticed something.
When I was watching this MP video of Halo 2. The spartan was dual wielding with a smg and needler and he boarded a ghost and when he got boarded by an Elite he lost his needler. If you go in a veicle while your dual wielding will you loose the other weapon?

That would make sense. I don't think that he actually lost his needler though, I think he just put it away.
