What's really weird is the fact that there is a ton of activity in my chapter, but all of it is either by me or other people. The other people put stuff in the databases, but never join. If every person that did something in my chapter became a member, I'd have as much members as Wolf Raiders. Maybe I should make the databases member-add, public-view. Or make a news story to please join if you were active in the chapter.
