speaking of penalties..I hate getting penalized for something beyond my control - lagging out (which, almost never happens to me) and I have a good connection too. In one game, I experienced atleast five solid minutes of black screen before it went back to the matchmaking pre-game lobby...and I get penalized for that? not like I CHOSE to quit the game..the GAME quit the game for me..they need to fix that issue pronto!
