"Whole computer scan - 1 potentially dangerous threat detected"

I've seen this message twice now from AVGFree '13, the first time being about a week ago. It tells me that "The file is signed with a broken digital signature," resulting in an "infected" file or directory. Can anyone tell me what this means, and if it's a matter of importance? For the record, I'm also running a full system scan with MalwareBytes at the same moment, and so far it's picked up nothing. AVG scan was 30minutes, MalwareBytes is at 34 minutes and counting. If it's broken it might be a program trying to make you think that a certain company made it. What file is it?
Er . . . DVDVideoSoft Ltd. Uh, common program files(x86)/DVDVideoSoft/FreeStudioManager.exe.
I have that downloaded (on purpose) and Avast! doesn't give me any beef about it.
