A Question: Why Can't Users Lock Their Own Threads?
Why can't a user lock his or her own thread? It seems it might help when an OP's thread is derailed.

I remember the answer was posted a while back. It's because Bungie.net gives certain users the ability to lock a thread via permissions. If you give one 'Member' the permission to lock a thread, then all members can. Or something like that anyway...
