Halo 2 Vista Update
Hired Gun, the Microsoft team responsible for bringing Halo 2 over to Windows Vista, posted a blog update at [url=http://blogs.ign.com/MGS_HiredGun/2007/03/06/48572/]IGN[/url] today. In this latest post you can read about the work they're doing on the new Live achievements being added to the game.

I'm curious, and uninformed. Do you collect Gamerscore as a total, say my 10,000 from the 360 and what would be 500 from Halo 2 Vista for a total of 10,500? Because if they are going to start making PC games count towards my gamerscore, I'm going to have to start making more comission.

Yeah, swell update Beav. How about a release date? Can we get one of those? Can you at least give some explanation for why the release date hasn't been given? Is it a Bungie thing, Hired Gun thing, or Vista thing? Achievments sound great and all, but I just want to play the game before it's out-dated.

Silver is free, and you get to play online, gold is not, same thing as silver but with all the t-blam!-s. Not worth the money from my point of view.

Sounds pretty sweet, but I'm more of an Xbox 360 player. With the soon to be new addition of MP maps on Halo 2 for 360 users only, does that mean an update for it might allow for Achievements to be earned? [Edited on 3/7/2007]
