The Spiker

Just think if you had a sense of smell in the game. Then you could smell that horrible bbq gone wrong smell of the spikers. That would be interesting. Will the marines go "smells like trouble" or something in the game?

OK i have quick time, i think it sucks, i like HMV better because all you have to is wait while it downloads, quick time lags up my comp, well used to but its dieing down. Y WONT IT LET ME WATCH IT?, will it be avalible for download on the marketplace?

I just noticed that you can actually fire this thing around corners like the brute shot if you angle the shot off of a wall when you fire

unlike most of the covenant arsenal, the spiker has reloadable rounds in it. the ammo should be sort of like needler rounds but should have multiple spikes protruding from one round

To everybody saying it's an improved needler...No... the NEEDLER is going to be an improved needler. This gun is direct-fire (I think). Besides, needlers couldn't do half of what this thing is supposed to do. Ricocheting needles did pretty much nothing, since one or two needles hitting somebody doesn't really make much of a difference. This gun is made for tearing, not shattering into 124019248 crystal shards. Bear in mind that they say that it is "slightly less accurate than the SMG," so I doubt there's a homing feature. Especially considering the shots cover the maximum practical range of 40m in about half of a second.
