Are you a kid? Nintendo is gonna make you pay for your account...

With that logic, how would a kid even get the console in the first place if he or she didn't have parental consent.
This seems like a way to make a quick chunk of change out of people who just bought a $300.00+ console for their kids.

I'm fairly sure it has something to do with that Internet Child Privacy Protection Law Thing, or ICPPLT (pronounced "ick-plit").
