Are the moniters pure AI?
Earlier today, i was browsing the terminals from the anniversary, and the terminals from halo 4. Then, i had an idea that the monitors like guilty spark, could have been specially chosen forerunners who were put into the monitors bodies by the composer. Since you people seem to be experts on this sort of thing, are the monitors pure AI, or were they forerunners who were put into the monitor's bodies by the composer?

Then he became fragmented.[/quote]In one of the Anniversary Terminal videos, it shows 343 Guilty Spark going into a deep hibernation period that's supposed to stall rampancy. Unfortunately, it did not work as effectively as he had imagined it would.
