Should I..
I'm having a problem in my relationship, my girlfriends dad doesn't approve of our relationship and he has yet to meet me or even talk to me. He refuses to let our relationship continue(know that she is 18 and in college. I'm thinking of talking to him myself, in eyes of other, maybe other fathers, should I talk to him myself or sit by?

My girlfriend's 18, and I'm 17 about to be 18 too, and we've been together over 3 years now. Her mum hated me for about a year, which was pretty annoying and often got in the way of things, but once they've spoken to you and realised you're not that bad then things should be fine. I wouldn't recommend confronting him about it, but be polite, be talkative when you do see him and he should come around to the idea.
