During the early part of the second trimester of senior year I was in the process of switching schools because I absolutely detested the one I was in, and no matter how late in the game, I was ecstatic about leaving. I ditched my first period for a month, daily. I lived alone at the time, so my parents didn't even know. I left that school with a one point something GPA and graduated from the other with a three point five as the model student in multiple classes. Public school is garbage.
