Doesn't sound too balanced. It still seems like people will spawn with whatever weapon they want... Why can't we just choose what ability we want in character customization and then get the weapons while playing a match? Will elites get jet-packs too? Will rolling be only for elites? Will the elites have execution moves? What does the needle rifle do?
