It symbolizes the most cheated game ever. But it also symbolizes the first overly popular online multriplayer that was not just for ubernerds but for everyone. Don't keep trying to act all high and mighty by saying that I dont understand what it means to gamers. I havn't played halo for mounths.I've been too busy with other things.I don't worship halo,and I spend most of my time on Oblivion..Notice my motto"praise akatosh" not,"praise Bungie"They earned every bit of what I said.Just becuase you spend too much time masterbating to the DOA girls gives you no right to come on here spewing your negetivity.You don't deserve halo.And you don't understand what it symbolizes in the world of gaming.

I liked to put a prayer in for potato chip for not realizing how much butt kissing he's doing I mean come on you put a prayer in for bungie, but you don't suck up to anyone right. You probably spend 7hours a day playing customs like the rest of the people that still play this game. You need to find a new hobby if this game has become a religion to you, you are almost as crazy as those nuts who think that ex-con rapist is the second coming of jesus. Amen

Alot of what;s wring with halo is by fault of everybody but Bungie.Modders,cheaters,more modders.There like trying to kill a coloney of ants.You kill one yes,but two hundred more are born every second.Networking problems could be a result of an ISP problem,not Bungies.Halo has obviously had a much bigger role in my life,than your's.I suck up to no one.I complent rarly.It takes alot to get my praise,and Bungie has earned it.Everybody seems to like to focus on the bad times rather than the good.Charish what makes you happy,not what makes you throw your controller at you srceen.

All I will remember is the first time I got cheated, the first taste of modding when mastercheif effortlesly flys across the map to auto aim snipe kill an entire team in seconds, the first time I saw a guy walking into a wall then to suddenly go to blue screen and here either flag captured or bomb armed when I got out of blue screen. The there is the first time I got to step three, then to step two then three, then was thrown back into the lobby and given a bogus message about network problems while my team battled one man down. If you ask me Bungie has a lot of work to do with halo3 and stopping cheating before anybody thats not butt kissing will ever see or realize the dream you descibed. And don't get me wrong I love this game trilogy and the storyline but its going to take a lot of fixing on halo3 to make it a good memory.

Let's all say a prayer for Bungie tonight.There gonna need it with everything that's going on media wise with halo 3,over next while until its release.They've got this spectacular halo commercial that's being aired monday.A beta test not too far up the road.A billion screaming fans telling them mixed things.So yeah.Lets give Bungie a bit more hope.Lets let them know how much we're going to appriciate halo 3.How much we appriciate everything they have given us.All those memories that will never fade.I know that when i'm old,and my time in life is almost at an end,i will still remeber halo.All the good times.I'll remember how it felt to get my first killtacular.How aswome it was to disambark on delta halo.And finally,i'll remember how an epic trilogy changed my life.Thank you Bungie.And God bless.

First of all I was banned for defending myself against a hate thread you,yes you, started. The flaming was started by you not me but since you are the leader of that pathetic site you choose what is or isnt flaming,don't try to hide that fact. You did'nt agree with me and you coaxed me into agruing with your stupid @$$ and then you banned me for defening myself, not flaming, defening myself. Mr. Funboy - Several things. 1.) You were banned for flaming. We don't flame. 2.) Superbouncing is cheating to us. Why would I argue for the latter? You made that one up. 3.) We don't ban anyone. Anyone that thinks we have access to Bungie's network is crazy. We're simply an access point that generates a specialized email that's sent to Bungie. I'm sorry if they didn't agree with your submissions. Our forums have been, and will continue to be, a flame free zone. You weren't banned for saying Superbouncing was cheating. You were banned for flaming. There's a difference. Johnrap - Modding is wrong when it breaches Xbox Live. Read the Terms of Service. While I can't see anything wrong with doing it at your house, when you enter Xbox Live you're in Microsoft's world - as such you should follow their rules. Microsoft says "no modding". Every cell in my body is telling me to jump in and defend the modders. The only reason I'm not doing it is I remember seeing a YouTube video of someone riding an invisible ghost in Halo 2, and I thought, "That's not fun, it's just stupid. Why do people waste time modding?" So, because of that one example of previously having an opinion on modding I'm not getting involved. But, otherwise, my instincts are totally telling me to defend the modders. Why do I bore you with this tale of my emotions? The answer is because if one person feels it many people feel it. However, logically, we all seem to understand that modding is bad. So, why the instinctual pressure to jump on the side of the modders? I think the anti-modding squad has made some mistakes in their propaganda. For example, you should hate the crime, but don't make it personal with the criminal. When a phrase is used like, "jerks stop being jerks," it causes a reaction in people. Because the phrase "jerk" is so all consuming. There is this reaction to languague that makes a person feel like everything good they did in their life is going to be disregarded, and they will be classified as jerks, because they made the mistake of modding. No-one wants to see one mistake ruin someone's life. Thus we want to offer the chance of redemption to modders. We want to do that in a way, without putting a label on them, that they now need to work to get off of them. Am I making any sense? I'm not sure. All I know is, if I never read these forums, didn't know modding was bad, just knew this is how my friends played Halo, then if they invited me to join them in modding, I might. I mean, ignorance is no excuse for the crime. But, it may be an excuse for the criminal. Maybe they didn't know what they were doing. I think we need to focus our arguments on the details of what modding is and why it has a negative effect on the Halo experience. I think that would be useful. But this heavy-handed, and judgemental tactic of just abusing modders is not the answer. Because the innate human instincts inside each member of the population won't let it be. (DISCLAIMER: Anyway, that's just my two cents. I'm a jerk. I suck at Halo. I'm not an elder. I'm not a nice person. I pick my nose, when no-one is looking, sometimes even when they are looking. I don't change the oil on my car myself, because I'm barely half a man. Plus, I've been told, that I have bad breathe.)

I always thought it was funny if you could kill those modders goin 5x faster than you. It was an accident, but one time I was sniping a guy on Relic. It was a free for all custom match and as soon as I pull the trigger the speedy modder runs in the way. I guess I got lucky because it hit his head and his body flew all the way back to the end of the base. (He was comin from the warthog spawn. I just hate modding in general. When I get my 360 back from Texas, then I want to play all of you. I might be a little rusty. I ecspecially want to play LordGideon but I am a lower class player.(not important enough to play against.)

I play Halo Cusotm Edition, for PC, and there's this thing called an "aim-bot" see, we can't ban noobs, we can't make it so aimbots become void, we have to deal with it. a new patch, coudl ne made for the game, within half an hour, rednering the aimbot useless, but no that can't happen. :( If Halo Custom Edition can get 2000 players online at the same time, gearbox will make teh patch, so it's loking unlikely for us. At least bungie TRYS to stop cheating for you guys. We have to rely on gearbox software, who are busy with there own games. :( *off topic* @ bungie please give us a full editing kit for H2V. Valve did it, why can't you guys? Teh single player creation would be good too, seeing as many people want to recreate the halo graphics novels into games. Even just like one level, not like a whole campaign or anything. W'ed need voice actors and all that stuff. Just give us Single player and Ui creation, and by god we'll show you what we can do :D Also, if u plan on hosting maps, created by users, i realy think you guys should reject the thousands of box maps that will roll in. the custom edition community is miles ahead anyone else in this community with map making, the minute H2V is released, many wonderful maps will be flowing in from great creative people. PLease filter out the stupid box maps.

I used to be a member of the halo2cheaters forums but all they were was crap. I gave them over 100 absolutely blatent cheater reports( by that I mean I showed then over 100 post game reports with those obvious cheaters with like 50 or more kills while everybody else has 1 or none on the other team) and they banned 1 person I sent in. 1 out of like 100 blatent cheaters which means they either new the offenders or they just dont know what their doing. ( kinda like bungie when it comes to controlling the cheating) Also their forums are biased to the point where if you dont agree with them your wrong no matter what. For example I had a long flame war about superbouncing being cheating(which it is) and I proved that it was over and over again. The all of a sudden lord ubernoob joins the discussion in his forum blasting me, making fun of me, then before I could defend myself he banned me to silence me because he new I was right and the best part is he broke his own forum guidlines with his insults towards me then banned me so he could have the last say. So to me he is only a pathetic dork who could'nt take losing an argument to the point where he banned me to make sure he won. So in my opinion I would suggest not going to that pathetic site ever. They are as about effective against cheating as bungie is aka as about affective as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.
