My only critique is that while the use of colour, shading, etc. is great, the proportions are way off, more so Cortana than the Elite. I'm not one to judge though, I lack the equipment or skill to do that kind of stuff on the computer.

Phazon: Pretty damn good, and only since you asked for criticism I'd say the Ultra's head is too small. Other Elites' heads are smaller but the [url=http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100618155233/halofanon/images/6/67/HReach_-_Ultra_Sangheili.png]Ultra's is pretty huge.[/url] And also I see you painted dots for the stars, an easier way to do that is to Filter > Add Noise [Monchromatic when the option comes up, no brighter than mid-grey] then press CTRL+L and mess with the slides until you get a nice star field. [url=http://plainben.deviantart.com/gallery/]PlainBen.Deviantart.com[/url] 1/4 of my stuff is probably Halo related.
