Posted by: Cheeto666 if someone attacks me, regardless of their gender, I'll beat them within an inch of their life. And that's my legal right.
Well, an inch from their life isn't exactly protected in your constitutional rights. You have to defend yourself accordingly to the situation. On the the topic at hand! It seems highly foolish of her to attack a bus driver, especially when driving. Not to mention bus drivers are protected under Federal law. Anything considered assault can land you up to 15 years if you decide to get violent with one. Still, it seems maybe the bus driver could have handled it better. Not for gender reasons, but if I feel I could forcibly kick someone out of my bus, regardless of gender, I'm going to do so. No bull-blam!-. The sad part about all this is most people are going to be laughing their asses off at that uppercut (worthy of Street Fighter), when the true comedy is that man's jokes, and his stride before the uppercut.
Posted by: ravingmasher626 Did anyone else noticed she pushed him when he was driving on the road? She could have potentially killed everyone on that bus. That's why she got punched. (Unless I'm being Captain Obvious here)
I don't think they were driving, but hitting anyone like that in the drivers seat puts everyone at risk.

Pre' mad,
-
Samuel Jackson, that's him. I think. He sounds like that guy.
-
Ouch, that was nasty, actually surprised she managed to keep herself up. That kind of punch could knock someone out, especially since she took it to the chin. I wonder what will happen to the driver now.

SHORYUKEN!
Posted by: Prototype117 HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH WHATTA BOSS!!! EDIT: The bus driver also said a really good quote. "If you wanna act like a man i'm going to treat you like one."
exactly.

This was funny. He can't be charged he was well within his rights as he got hit first.
-
I can't say that I would have done the same thing the bus driver did if I was in that situation, but if I was a passenger on that bus I definitely would not have tried to stop it. She deserved it, plain and simple.

That could be the funniest video I have ever seen! That uppercut was so pure!
-
Honestly, she deserved it. And she apparently hit him, or threatened him in some manner that prompted his reaction. That said, should he have hit her? No. He should have demanded she leave the bus, and, failing that, called the police. Now, that said, if women want equal rights, they can't have double standards. It can't be horrible and evil if a man hits a woman, but no big deal if a woman hits a man. Double standards shouldn't exist, and anyone who thinks they should is an idiot. Simple as that. She did do something to him, and continued to threaten him and harass him. In the eyes of the law, what he did was morally correct. He was defending himself. If a woman hits me, I'm gonna knock her the hell out. Simple as that. I'll never throw the first punch, but if someone attacks me, regardless of their gender, I'll beat them within an inch of their life. And that's my legal right.
