Woah woah now hold on a minute... (Cortana and her nudity)
The UNSC designed her to be naked.
Why?!
And surely Cortana is aware of her nudity?
So she is okay with it?!

The A.I. in the UNSC pick their own appearance, so I'm pretty sure that Cortana is fine with it. Anyway, for future reference, threads like this belong in the [url=http://www.bungie.net/forums/topics.aspx?forumID=1]Bungie Universe[/url] forum. [Edited on 10.02.2012 3:18 PM PDT]

I don't think the UNSC created her. it was Dr. Halsey.

Frap is correct. On both points. Each AI picks its own appearance. In the books they go over the thought processes of numerous AI as well concerning this.

In all serious seriousness here, I think 343 overdid Cortana's "assets" for 4. A player (giggity) should only stop the game and access the internet for game tips, and for [u]no[/u] [u]other[/u] [u]reason[/u]. Her appearance doesn't make practical sense within the universe. AI would be designed as a human average, not too young/old, or too muscular/voluptuous as to incite distraction in a human interfacer. And having said so much without actually saying it, I'll lock myself out of this thread.
