Why do lots of older member have such un original names?
Considering that you made accounts such long times ago, why are there so many older accounts with numbers added onto the end. Surely all the good names wouldn't have been taken back then.
I'm talking 4years onward old.
Yes my name does have numbers but apparently someone had already made the name ankerd before my brother made this account.
So tell me, why do you have the name you do? and what other names did you try and get, before settling for your current?

Ugh at the time I moved and I FINALLY had high speed internet and I wanted to make an account. I felt soo stupid cause I had no Idea how to do it at the time so I let my now ex Boyfriend make my account for me...and thus gave me this name (facepalm)

Well, my original account was banned, so about a year and a half later I made this account. I was 13 at the time of creation for the original account, and 15 when I "remade" the account(this account) for the sheer purpose of still being recognized from my previous. I'm 21 now and there isn't a day, when I'm on these forums, that goes by where I don't wish I could change my forum name. [Edited on 09.18.2012 8:48 AM PDT]

I never tried to be original, the word Plain has value to me after some events in my life. Which I am often reminded of through this name. My younger self was a smart guy.

While my username is original, I still don't like it. Most of us who you call older members have such unoriginal usernames because we were quite young when we signed up for Bnet (I was 13).

My name is highly original. And at the end of the day, I don't like numbers in my name, so you could expect any online handles I use to be original to some degree.
