What is the better weapon: the BR or the Carbine?

Carbine. Because it rips the shields off quickly.

The BR. With perfect accuracy from both shooters, the BR will win out. The Carbine's advantage lies in the fact that perfect 4 shots are fairly rare, and missing a burst with the BR is far worse than missing a single Carbine shot.

I feel that the BR is far superior due to the fact that it's my favorite. I never really use the Carbine, but in the future I just may have to.

carbine can kill faster if you dont miss. The BR is a better utility weapon, and is more fun to use imo.

I kind of prefer to use it for cleaning up kills, since you're only looking for a fast headshot.

I'm not sure. I think the Carbine might kill slightly faster. I saw a video a long time ago and it had different weapon vs. weapon cases.

However, looks to me like the BR user choked on firing a burst in the first fight? Regardless, this is if you're standing completely still. Nobody is going to have 100% accuracy, so it comes down to who misses a shot first. I suppose you also get more time to reposition your reticle for the next shot with the BR, but with the Carbine you don't get time in between shots to compensate for strafe or cover, or you might end up being too slow.
