NASA: Global Warming to blame for recent Heat Waves.
Duh.
Isn't this like saying fire is the reason my house burned down?
Oh well. And they say GLOBAL WARMING not Climate Change. That's important. We can stop beating around the bush and calling it what it is not. Climate Change implies it can go either way. Global Warming says its changing in a distinct way.
Given that this is the hottest July since we started keeping records on this sort of thing it gets to be pretty obvious.
Now, what can we do about it, if anything at all? Are there ways we can start to prepare for what's coming our way? Maybe try to reverse it with technologies like Carbon Sequestering and Orbital Solar Shields? Maybe start the migration inland as the water level rises? Something?
Or are we going to bury our heads in the sand and pretend its a political argument, and say that change, any change, is bad for business.
