Link now fixed. Broken b/c -blam!- filter.
My views in brief:
1) If the boys can post her naked pictures on the internet and send them to other peoples phones, this girl should be able to name her attackers publicly on twitter.
2) The boys should be tried as adults. What retards. They're grown enough to -blam!- women, yet get to cry behind their mother's skirts as the courts go easy on them because they're under 18 in this plea deal?
3) This all would have been prevented if the girl wasn't retarded in the first place, and passed out at that party. Not to say her -blam!- was justified, but ffs people, american tweens & teens need to learn to handle their -blam!-ing liquor, and be more responsible at parties where drugs are involved. Don't get me started on what age is appropriate for what drugs, etc. I've been to germany, and witnessed a 12 y/o kid drinking beer with his family outdoors by this lake for lunch, as it's perfectly ok to do. There's something about this culture that I can't put my finger on where things all too often go terribly wrong when alcohol is involved.
Same thing in Italy where a 2 y/o can buy wine from a shop no problem so long as they can speak, as I'm told there are no liquor laws there.
4) Girl is kinda good looking. 7/10 if I rewind back my years to my high school days. What a shame.
:P
/zips flame suit for #3.

We are scared that the government is going to take our alcohol away gain.
-
Maybe she shouldn't be taking underage pictures of herself and distributing them.
-
What's a "-blam!- assault?
-
Is the link broke for anyone else?
-
It was part of a plea deal.

Law is law. She broke court order, and now she will face a punishment. Doesn't matter whether she was abused or not.

Reminds me of what happened to my 1st grade teacher. Kid threw a chair at her face in the middle of class, she discloses his name in some email, she gets fired.
-
I'm pretty sure B.net filters out the link because it has [-blam!-] in it and you put as a regular link not a named hyperlink so it rewrites it as -blam!-, messing up the link.

But they're definitely a lot less strict there, and in Europe, I.D'ing people isn't as common. I spent some time over there studying at John Cabot University, and in all honesty I witnessed a 10 year old buy wine. But I think the clerk knew the kid well and was a friend of the family as the boy was picking it up for his family for lunch on Sunday so it really wasn't that big of a deal. (I've seen the same boy in lengthy conversations with the same guy on several other occasions too.) Long story short: A lot less strict in general.

Here we go, they are going to play the First Amendment card again, what a shocker. She was told not to expose the names of her attackers, isnt that as simple as an instruction one can give? I get that she is mad and frustrated but now she will have face the consequences.

I signed the petition that was in the article. So yeah, just letting you guys know there is a petition if you want to go out of your way to care.

The crime committed by the boys doesn't matter in this case. She disobeyed the Judge.
-
This is -blam!- retarded.
-
oh who cares
Posted by: wolfhunter9154 The crime committed by the boys doesn't matter in this case. She disobeyed the Judge.
This. Even sex offenders deserve equality in the eyes of the law, and she clearly broke the law.

She broke a court order, it's pretty clear cut.
