I joined the New Monarchy today...
I joined the New Monarchy today. You Dead Orbit & Osiris peons will suffer. Future War Cult, we have our eye on you. We are negotiating an alliance with the Seven Seraphs.
* I totally made all that up but it's fun to start thinking ahead.
I wonder if these factions will be less like Alliance & Horde in WoW and more like Companions, Thieves, College of Winterhold, etc in Skyrim. In other words you could join more than one and it's not an "us vs. them" idea.

That's why it's all coming out with Destiny related stuff and was trademarked around the same time as other Destiny-related stuff (as far as I remember).

Also Aerospace is for helping mobile developers market their games (and maybe a little investment in the company). Bungie doesn't actually make the Aerospace games.

Could you imagine how insanely awesome it will/would be if, within Destiny, are in-game factions and Bnet would support faction sections throughout the site, each section having specific content for the faction. Take all of the wonderful users on here with such great imaginations and initiative and group them together and then pit them against each other in clan like battles and different types of warfare. How awesome would that be?

How awesome would that be?[/quote] That would be awesome. I'm thinking EVE style corporations. Everyone goes for a faction and can join a corporation independent of that faction. Those corporations can get scary huge.
