I can live with it. I didn't like the DMR's look at first, but now I've grown used to it and even like it now. Same will happen with the Sniper.

I actually think it looks really wicked. Not that ANY of the halo universe snipers look like they fit into Halo, but I'd have to say, even if it doesn't fit, I like the borderlands-look a lot.
