Why pirates?
Why Bungie? Why not something cooler?

Bungie did not make this. They just published it. Just like how Activision are publishing Bungie games.

Why ask a question of the community if you had any form on internal support - easier to chat/email people internally. (or for that matter check the apple site).

But given the number of times bungie puts their name (and not HBS's) on press releases you could understand the confusion ... plus why did bungie force them to rebrand their product. They gave out big style about Microsoft doing that to Halo - and Microsoft actually owned the game ?!?) I guessing the OP meant "[i]Why didnt bungie pick a cooler game to publish?[/i]". Perhaps they only had the one to pick from? Sad but I suspect true. If there had been others surely we would have seen another title being published by now.

"[i]better Developer[/i]", dont think it is right to blame the developer, not like they had a huge amount of cash reserve to get the game going ... that is what bungie promised. Stumbled on this forum by accident - not like there has been any makor press ... not like bungie got with their own games (halo etc). Not sure why the game has been left in silence.

With the halo (and ODST) thing bungie blamed microsoft as the '[i]publisher[/i]' ... releasing ODST as a full game - not the expansion pack that it actually was. And now we have bungie in the position of publisher and it is more of the same. We have to pay the same price for a new level as we did for the original game. Guess its too easy to forget that righteous high ground :( Reading the early PR plan from aerospace you would think differnently.

[/quote] Aerospace is the program Bungie is using to promote indie games like Crimson. Bungie published Crimson, Harebrained Schemes made it.
