To say someone is not perfect, is to imply that you know what perfection is. If we are all imperfect (actually the opposite is 'not perfect,' imperfect is something else) then we can't claim to know perfection. [/quote] It is possible to know what isn't something without knowing what that thing is. I don't know how a nuclear reactor works, but I can tell you it isn't a cow's digestive system. Obviously we all have our different ideas of a perfect society. It is subjective. All politics are is a way to associate yourself with people who have the most similar ways of thinking and achieving a perfect society. Personally, I don't think my idea of a perfect society is attainable because I believe humans are naturally flawed. My idea of a perfect world is one where these imperfections' influence was minimized. And as president of the world, I will push this on everyone.
