I just got around to beating ODST on legendary and I got the same problem with my game getting an unreadable disk message usually on the loading screen for data hive. I tried installing it to my hard drive and that allowed me to get about 20 minutes into data hive before the game gave me the message again. While in the mission though, I had my audio cut off partially: I could hear over charged plasma pistol fire, the character breathing heavy when getting hit, but nothing else. This sounds like the same problem that everyone else is having here. What is the best way to go about fixing this problem? Is everyone still calling microsoft support or do I need to message someone on the board? Thanks for the info.
