This is a very hard skull to reach, it took me and a friend about an hour and a half to get it. all i can say is shut down the security locks and then go get the Rocket launcher from the pelican. after you go bacak inside the security place, (yes you have to backtrack.) you, (and a freind works nicley) need to have an oversheild, (Found in front of the area) and have your freind shoot a rocket as you jump to give you enough height to reach the skull. (NOTE: You will need the oversheild, and the skull BOOM helps you out a little.) (NOTE: EXTREMELY HARD TO DO SINGLE-PLAYER!!)
