Hmmm....not what I was expecting but I guess this could be pretty exciting. Hopefully once this thing is fully operational I will have a smart phone finally. Thanks for dropping the info Bungie. See you in 7 days. I like my steak medium rare.
-
Good news for indie devs. Not what I expected, anyway.
-
Posted by: da johnny boy I checked it out, and Hawken looks pretty sweet.
Looks pretty amazing.
-
Agreed.
-
I like it. The more Bungie can do, the better! It's a good thing to hear that they will be helping indie developers release some cool new games AND that they still haven't revealed their new game they are working on. Just a little more time, and patience... and then we will see what Bungie's new game is. I hope to see both Bungie Aerospace and the new Bungie game do well.
-
Seems cool of them to hook up with prospective developers, but why mobile? Why not help out XNA Developers or something?
-
Oh, that's cool, that's cool. I was hoping for something else, but still.
-
I'm disappointed that this isn't the next Bungie trilogy. But I'm all excited for what comes of this. Good to hear.
-
I am curious to see what this is going to be like when it's done.
-
Posted by: XxXAlesanaXxX Bash me if you want but mobile gaming is ruhtard. Bungie once again catering to casuals.
Sadly... Just the way things go here though.

Yea I know this is really stupid I bought my xbox 360 to play game I bought my phone to CALL people not play games bungie is getting dumber and dumber every second I hope the whole place burns down hopefully they read these comments and go back to making games for consoles NOT CELL PHONES
-
Will this be iPad exclusive or for the iPhone/iPod too? Also, any estimation on a price range?
-
I am excite.
-
I like the idea of supporting independent developers. I *don't* like the idea of Mobile or Social Network gaming.
-
Nice?
-
I'm looking forward to seeing what Aerospace brings to the table of the 7th column!
-
7th page! I'm glad to hear what you guys are doing with Aerospace. Sounds like you've got yourself pretty busy nowadays.
-
aww so its not Bungies new amazing IP? no choice but to continue anticipating it
-
Well butter my biscuit!
-
i guess i need to upgrade from my 8 year old razor to an iphone huh? =)
-
Huh...next thing you know Respawn Entertainment's first project will turn out to be an ice-cream parlor. The best to Bungie in this venture, but this does seem a bit unusual for a developer with only one real hit to speak of to then take off in managing a small gaming service. ...oh wait. Now I'm thinking with portals.
-
...Hmmm... I hate mobile games. Atleast they are helping someone out there.
-
Not much of a surprise. I thought it would be a spin-off company of Bungie that develops Crimson, which is a steampunk themed game for iPad. Well, its a spinoff-company of Bungie, that is the publisher for Crimson, a steampunk themed game for iOS and Android devices. I think that's not so far off the mark. Okay, I guess. If this is only for mobile bull-blam!-, well, you've successfully lost my interest.
-
And no, the people that aren't excited about this aren't "detractors". They're on the game company's forums, to say what they feel about the company's games or decisions. This is Bungie.net, but that doesn't mean you have to kiss their ass.
