Achronos has said there's only a handful. Anecdotally, other than the high profile moves like Frankie, I've mostly heard of contractors taking jobs at 343i after working at Bungie. So they wouldn't technically be leaving Bungie, just taking another job as always. I have no way of knowing whether Achronos was including contractors or not.
