You don't get 5k credits for just being a recruit. You get 5k credits for being new to the game. Think of it as a booster to start playing. You already recieved these credits, which in turn, Bungie removed. So no, you won't get your game changing 5k credits. I would like to see you spend some of your actual money on a lawyer and attempt to sue Bungie though. It would certainly be enjoyable to watch from where I'm sitting.
